Aileen Treto Cabrera, MD, was born and raised in Orlando, FL and moved to Daytona Beach in September 2018 to join our Family Medicine residency program as Core Faculty and Director of Women's Health. After graduating from residency and serving as chief resident, she completed a Women’s Health/Obstetric Fellowship in Spartanburg, SC. She then joined a clinic in Tennessee where she practiced full spectrum family medicine including surgical obstetrics for three years prior to joining our faculty. Dr. Treto Cabrera enjoys providing care for the entire family; she performs both vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections. She also works with the family medicine residents caring for pediatric, adult, and obstetric patients in the clinic as well as in the hospital. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys international medical mission trips, traveling, the beach, and spending time with her husband (Edwin) and family/friends.
