What is myHalifaxHealth
myHalifaxHealth is a patient portal that offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health.
What information is available in the patient portal?
myHalifaxHealth.org will show select portions of your health information: demographics, results, medications, conditions, allergies, hospital visit histories, and access to online bill pay. If you would like a copy of your full medical record, please contact Medical Records for a Release of Information by phone at 386.239.2324 or 386.239.2424 or by fax at 386.425.7514.
Who is eligible to enroll in myHalifaxHealth?
Patients and Proxies (Authorized Users) must be at least 18 years old.
Can I give my spouse or any authorized representative access to myHalifaxHealth?
Yes, anyone at least 18 years old can present to your facility's Patient Portal Representative and complete the Proxy Consent Form.
Will I be notified when new information is available in myHalifaxHealth?
Yes, you will receive an email alert "New Portal Activity" when new health information and results are available in your Patient Portal.
What do I do if I forget my password?
You can retrieve your password by following these steps:
Click "Forgot Password?" link on the Patient Portal sign-on page
Enter your portal Login ID
Enter your email address (this must match the email currently on file with the hospital)
A one time password will be submitted to your email account

You can change your password by following these steps:
Log into the portal
Click on Preferences
Click Change Password
Enter your current password
Enter your new password
Confirm your new password
