The community is invited to attend this free event that will include health screenings, health and nutrition information, child safety information, local business resources and giveaways.  The event is being presented by the Halifax Health - Family Medicine Program.

Affiliated with both Florida State University and the University of South Florida, Halifax Health - Family Medicine Residency Program provides leading-edge clinical education while adhering to rigorous academic standards.  Accredited in 1971, it is the longest operating community-based family medicine residency program in Florida, as well as one of the most honored programs in the nation.  The majority of the program’s graduates serve as dedicated primary care physicians providing compassionate and comprehensive care to the communities they serve, including Volusia and Flagler counties.
