Halifax Health Recognizes Outstanding Nurses

DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – (May 14, 2018) – On May 10, Halifax Health recognized outstanding members of its nursing team during the 2018 Clinical Excellence Awards Ceremony held at Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach.  During the event, recipients of Halifax Health’s 2018 scholarships were announced, as well as the winners of the Rookie of the Year Award, which is given to newly hired nurses.  Each care unit’s recipient of the 2018 Nurse of Excellence Award was also recognized.  Awarded annually, the Nurse of Excellence Award honors outstanding Halifax Health nursing professionals for their dedication to quality patient care.  Pictured above are Halifax Health’s 2018 Nurse of Excellence Award winners with Halifax Health Chief Nursing Officer Catherine Luchsinger (back row, center).
