Surgery Scheduling
Please use the following information and forms to aid in scheduling patients at Halifax Health. We are committed to providing the safest, highest-quality healthcare by offering the finest clinicians, technology, facilities and programs available. We will work closely with you to provide a continuum of care for our patients.

Schedule Operating Room Cases and Pre-operative Assessment Visits
Scheduling hours:
- Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Friday, 8:00am to 3:30 pm
- For after hours and weekends, call the Operating Room Back Desk, 386.254.4147.
Note: You will receive a confirmation number once the surgery has been confirmed.
