18th Annual Halifax Health - Hospice 5k Run and Walk


 Halifax Health - Hospice has rescheduled the 18th Annual Halifax Health - Hospice 5K Run & Walk – Celebrating the Spirit of Caregiving due to the potential impact of Hurricane Dorian.

The race event will now take place Saturday, November 9 at 8:00 a.m. and will start and finish near the Kenneth W. Parker Amphitheater, 2001 City Center Circle in Port Orange.  Proceeds from the race will benefit the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program. 

Online pre-registration has been extended to Thursday, November 7 at 12:00 p.m. 

Packet pick-up and in-person registration will be held Friday, November 8 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Halifax Health – Hospice Port Orange Care Center, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange. 

Registrations and sponsorships received prior to August 30 will be honored. 

AWARDS Awards will be given to the overall and masters male and female winners and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place male and female in the following age groups. 9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+
