DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – (August 15, 2017) – Kim Crouch, a registered nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of experience, has joined Halifax Health – Primary Care in Deltona, located at 2090 Saxon Blvd., Suite B.

A graduate of East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee, Crouch has more than three decades of nursing experience as a provider in family practice and urgent care, in the emergency room, acute care, case management, palliative care, hospice and nursing education.

Crouch enjoys caring for the healthcare needs of patients at every age and stage of life, including acute-care illnesses such as colds, sinus infections, minor lacerations and wound care.  She also has experience in caring for patients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes and heart disease.
