Kim Fulcher, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer joined Halifax Health in 2005. Prior to joining Halifax Health she worked for companies such as Westinghouse and Bertelsmann and has over 20+ years of experience as an HR practitioner. She currently oversees all Human Resources responsibilities including Talent Acquisition, Team Member Relations & Engagement, Work/Life Benefits, Compensation and Performance Management as well as Organizational Development & Talent Management.  She also has responsibility for the Auxiliary and Pastoral Care.

Kim has a B.A. in Public Relations, and an MBA from the University of Central Florida.  She is the current chair of the VHA southeast (VHASE) Human Resources Executive Committee and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She is also an active committee member for the national American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA).
