Kelly Parsons Kwiatek

Kelly Parsons Kwiatek joined Halifax Health in 2019, after serving as a shareholder with the law firm of Cobb Cole for 15 years.  In private practice, she was Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Labor & Employment Law, earned an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and received several legal and community awards.  A magna cum laude graduate of Syracuse University, where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theater, Mrs. Kwiatek later earned a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University College of Law in 2004.

Mrs. Kwiatek was appointed by the Governor in 2022 to serve as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees for Daytona State College, as well as in 2019 to serve as a Commissioner for the Judicial Nominating Committee for the Seventh Circuit.  She is also a Board Member for the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce, Co-Chair of the Capital Campaign for PACE Center for Girls, and member of the Halifax Area Civic League, Easterseals (honorary), Volusia County Bar Association, and the Endowment Committee for St. James Episcopal Church.
