Cardiac Rehabilitation

Patients with coronary artery disease, angina, heart attack, heart surgery, stent, angioplasty, CABG, or valve replacement, can be referred to the Cardiac Rehab Program at Halifax Health Medical Center. Each patient receives an individual exercise and nutrition plan along with appropriate risk factor modification. The goal of outpatient cardiac rehabilitation is to help the patient improve their heart health and return to their maximum level of well being.
