Title: Program for the Assessment of Clinical Cancer Tests (PACCT-1): 
Trial Assigning IndividuaLized Options for Treatment:
The TAILORx Trial 
Staging: Stage 1, Stage 2,
Objective: We expect that the information from this study will help doctors learn more about how to better select patients for treatment with chemotherapy.
Overview:
  • Newly Diagnosed Breast Cancer
  • Estrogen Receptor and/or Progesterone Receptor Positive
  • HER - 2 Negative
  • Node Negative
  • Tumor size 1.1 cm - 5.0 cm OR 0.5 cm - 1.0 cm
  • Plus Unfavorable Histological features
  • Candidate for Chemotherapy in addition to Hormone Therapy
  • Submit tumor specimen to Genomic Health for Oncotype DX-Assay
