Halifax Health Behavioral Services (HBS)
The area's only comprehensive center that provides psychiatric services for children and adolescents (ages 2-17) with emotional and behavioral problems. We offer a continuum of care, tailored to the specific needs of our patients and serve each child or adolescent in the most therapeutic, least restrictive environment. Our services include:

Halifax Health Adult/ Inpatient Program
Halifax Health Psychiatric Center offers Acute Adult Psychiatric treatment with a dedicated Medical Director available Monday through Friday and a staff of skilled nurses and therapists. There are three units: Stabilization, Intensive Treatment and Supportive Care.
