Dear Dr. Sebastian,

I know you hear this all the time, but you have changed my life in so many positive ways, I cannot begin to list them all. However, let me tell you a few ways: My medications and HBP, prediabeties and high cholesterol: GONE, GONE, GONE!! My energy level is HIGH, HIGH, HIGH~ I walk 3-5 miles a day on knees of which one has been replaced, and the other will be soon. But the weight loss has allowed me to do this exercise without pain! Amazing how losing a little weight (125 pounds and counting) can alleviate pain! I am now an ambassador for gastric bypass as people see the weight loss and ask me how I've done it, and I am honest about the surgery and your skill. I have coached 2 friends through the surgery and after and hope to help others however I can.  Well, you and your program are great as are all the support personnel and groups. Keep up the good work!
