Dear Dr. Sebastian,

I am 50 years old and have struggled my entire life with my weight.  Fortunately, the Good Lord sent me to Halifax Health to work where I discovered your wonderful weightloss program, with the option for Bariatric surgery.  Well, to make a long story short, I had bypass surgery on May 7, and four months later have lost 73 lbs.  Thank You.  Thank You.  Thank You.  I cannot express my gratitude enough for your expertise as a surgeon.  I have had no complications whatsoever, and my laparoscopic scars are totally healed.  You are truly a professional and a brilliant doctor--and believe me--I am an RN and know that having MD behind your name does not always mean you're qualified.  I would also like to thank your team of professionals that collaborate with you in your weight loss program.  Their knowledge, support and educational tools are essential for success, and they deliver them well.  I am one of your biggest fans, and love too tell everyone how blessed I am to have had the great honor of being cared for by such a great, talented, caring group of healthcare professionals.  GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
