Family & Sports Medicine at Halifax Health
The Halifax Health - Center for Family & Sports Medicine is located on the Halifax Health Medical Center's campus in the 201 Building. The program is affiliated with the Department of Family Medicine of the University of South Florida College of Medicine. It is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and is the longest established program in the state of Florida.
