Sarah Wiggill, MD
Dr. Wiggill immigrated with her family from South Africa over nine years ago. She earned her Associate of Arts degree from Broward College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she graduated with highest honors and received the departmental awards for mathematics and English, as well as the North Campus Dean's Award. After being selected as a Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholar, Dr. Wiggill transferred to the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College of Florida Atlantic University in Jupiter, Florida. There she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and biological sciences and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She was again honored by being selected as a Jack Kent Cooke Graduate Scholar. Dr.Wiggill received her medical degree from the University of South Florida, where she was actively involved in the Hosting Committee, Christian Medical and Dental Association, numerous health fairs, and public sector medical clinics. In addition, she served as the coordinator for the Shriner's Childrens' Hospital arts and crafts group. At her medical school's commencement award ceremony, Dr. Wiggill received the Family Medicine Department's award for Excellency in the Primary Care Clerkship. Outside of medicine, she keeps busy with church activities, biking, rollerblading, and of course, spending time with her family and friends.
