Augustus Parker, M.D.

Dr. Parker attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for two years of undergrad before transferring to Hampton University where he graduated summa cum laude and majored in Biology. He graduated from their biology department with an award for achieving the highest GPA. Dr. Parker received his MD degree from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. While in medical school Gus actively volunteered in patient group activities at UNC Children's Hospital, Registration of Children for CHIP, Student Health Action Coalition Clinic and the Reach out and read program. Outside of medicine, Gus's interest are playing tennis, baseball, flag football, drawing and not to mention he is a huge Buckeye Fan. . Gus recently had his first coaching opportunity leading a group of 9-12 year old kids. Gus loves the water and anything associated with water, especially fishing.
