USA citizenship or permanent resident status required. We do not sponsor any visa.
Graduation from medical school within the last 3 years and work experience in a clinical setting for at least 12 months within the last 3 years. This requirement helps to ensure that your medical education is current.
Current ECFMG certification and a passing grade on the Clinical Skills Assessment (CSA) are required. International medical graduates must have completed all requirements set by the ECFMG to be eligible to particpate in the match.
Minimum 12 months USA clinical experience (i.e., actually working with patients) required. This helps to ensure your familiarity with the USA health care delivery system. Research, observerships or nursing cannot be substituted for clinical experience.
