Paper applications are not accepted.
Selection:
All applications are individually reviewed and considered by the program director and a recruitment committee.
Interviews:
This is an 8-8-8 program. Approximately 600 applications are received annually and there are generally 70 - 80 interviews scheduled. Overnight accommodations are provided at a beach-side hotel. Dinner with one or more residents is offered the evening before the interview. Family/partners of applicants are welcome.
