Carlos Liotta, M.D.

Carlos Liotta, M.D. joins the Sports Medicine Fellowship Program from his residency at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Liotta was born in Houston, but raised in Argentina.

Prior to returning to the United States, Dr. Liotta had a successful practice in orthopedic surgery in Buenos Aires and was also the staff physician at Club de Amigos Sports Medicine Center. Dr. Liotta also completed a research fellowship at the University of Miami and has published several articles in both English and Spanish journals.

He has supported multiple sporting events and teams, including the Chicago Marathon, professional volleyball and semi-professional rugby. Dr. Liotta is married with two girls.
