Brownie Troop Visit Speediatrics
When a Brownie Troop begins its Girl Scout Cookie campaign, it has a meeting to set goals and decide what to do with the profit. The girls from Brownie Troop #1182 of the White Sands Service Unit determined they would like to donate $100 of their profit to children who are sick and in the hospital.
This group of special first and second graders thought about putting others before themselves to help children in need. The troop visited Speediatrics on March 23 to present its check to Halifax Health.
