The mission of Halifax Health is to meet the healthcare needs and exceed the service expectations of the communities we serve. We will be an active and responsible member of the community by focusing our resources to organize and provide for the delivery and financing of a fully integrated health system. This system will offer cost-effective quality services which promote, enhance and maintain health in our community.

The vision of Halifax Health is to be the provider of choice for healthcare services in East Central Florida and a leader for promoting optimal health and well being for area residents.
