Lori DeLone
Chief Information Officer
Lori DeLone is Chief Information Officer of Halifax Health serving in that position since May of 2004. DeLone brings more than twenty two years of experience in information systems to Halifax Health.
DeLone joined Halifax Health in 1995 and has held a number of IT leadership positions during her tenure including: Manager-application services, Manager-technical services, Manager-project office and Director of Information Systems before being named Chief Information Officer in May 2004.
Prior to joining Halifax Health Medical Center, DeLone worked for GE Aerospace and GE Information Services in Syracuse, NY, Valley Forge, PA and Lakeland, FL., and was a graduate of GE's Information System Management Program (ISMP).
She is a member of CHIME and HIMSS, both IT related professional associations, and serves on the inaugural board of the Spruce Creek High School Academy of Information Technology and Engineering.
DeLone has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Communications from Rollins College, an MBA from Rollins College and a Master's Certificate in IT project management from George Washington University.
