A native of Volusia County, Tim Phillips graduated from Mainland High School in 1983.
He received his bachelor of science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 1989. After graduation, Phillips served as a loan officer with Suntrust Bank for four years before beginning his current position as President of P&S Paving of Daytona Beach.
Phillips plays an active role in the community while serving on the Gateway Bank of Florida Board of Directors and the Daytona State College Foundation Board as well as participating in the Civic League of Volusia County.
Phillips lives in Ormond Beach with his wife Lisa. They have three children - Chandler, Colton and Skylar.
