Foundation Benefits from
NASCAR Celebrity Golf Classic

NASCAR drivers and other celebrities raised $205,000 for the Halifax Health Foundation.
The 2009 NASCAR Celebrity Golf Classic, hosted by Betty Jane France, was held in February at LPGA International. This premiere golf tournament combined the talents of top NASCAR drivers, racing and sports celebrities for an unforgettable golf experience.

This year’s tournament was once again a huge success, raising $205,000. In the past six years, this event has raised more than $1.2 million to benefit Halifax Health Foundation, which includes the Halifax Health – Betty Jane France Center for Pediatrics (Speediatrics) and the Checkered Flag Committee.
