Letter from the CEO

Since opening our doors in 1928, Halifax Health has been dedicated to serving our community.

Throughout the past 81 years, our organization has built upon not only the services we provide, but also the facilities in which we provide them. Expansion projects have enabled Halifax Health to accommodate the everchanging needs of East Central Florida residents over the past eight decades.

We invite the community to join us as we enter a new era in healthcare. In June, Halifax Health will celebrate the addition of the North Tower at our Daytona Beach campus. This inpatient tower enables Halifax Health to better serve area residents with increased capacity and efficiency — all the while offering access to world class care and state-of-theart technology. One of the most visible additions will be the new emergency department (ED), which will be one of the largest and most technologically advanced EDs in the Southeast.
