Cancer Resource Library Celebrates 10 Years of Serving the Community

Auxiliary members Carole Martin and Pauline Hughes help dedicate the Cancer Resource Library with a presentation in honor of Josephine Field Davidson.
Halifax Health is home to the area’s only dedicated Cancer Resource Library. Located on the ground floor of the Center for Oncology at Halifax Health Medical Center, the Josephine Field Davidson Cancer Resource Library celebrated its 10th anniversary in April.

Josephine Field Davidson, who died of ovarian cancer, recognized the importance of providing resources for cancer patients and their families. A commemorative clock was presented to the library in honor of her timeless commitment to the community.
