Letter from the CEO

As we continue to celebrate Halifax Health’s 80th anniversary, I would like to draw your attention to several of the ways that we continue to compassionately provide for our community:

• We are devoted to ensuring the well-being of community members through numerous preventive health programs, such as our local health clinics and Healthy Start.
• Our Trauma Center and Kidney Transplant Program are the only services of their kind in the area.
• Our Betty Jane France Center for Speediatrics provides care that is exclusively dedicated to children and their unique medical needs, while our NICU and PICU services care for our community’s most precious patients.

I truly believe that our patients and our community are fortunate to have such exceptional services available locally, and it is our pleasure to be able to continually meet your healthcare needs and exceed your expectations each and every day.
